Fragile Environment
What is fragile environment?
Fragile Environment is an environment that is easily destroyed and it will be difficult to fix it. For example a wine glass, if you throw it or drop it it will fall into pieces. When it fall into pieces, there is only a small chance for you to fix it. That thing could also happen with our environment, such as ant. If you just squeeze an ant it will die directly. Also l
eaves if you pick just one leave it will affect its life. Those are the two examples of a fragile environment.
Sumatra Forest
Sumatra’s forest is one of the fragile environment. Lots of logging happen in this forest and people keep burning the plants. Burning plants and logging affects the habitat of some endangered animals, such as Sumatran rhinoceros, tiger, the Asian elephant, the Sumatran orangutan and the Sumatran rabbit.
Burning the plants will also affects people living in that area. It affects the people because of the smoke that is covering the area and because of that the health of many people is in danger. Besides that burning also changes the climate.
Logging affects the global warming, because of logging the CO2 will reduce. Day by day at least one person will give birth and people will need houses. So, they have to cut down trees even though they know that what they are doing is illegal.
In Sumatra Forest there lived animals with different kind of species. There are 3 most endangered animals living in this forest. The animals are Sumatran rhinoceros, Sumatran tiger and Asian elephant. Most of the hunters hunt tigers. They hunt tigers to make products with tiger’s bones and the other part of the tiger. China is the largest producer.
So, start to save our environment.

Digital Portfolios Reflection
In this year so far I made three digital portfolios. A blog, a Google page maker and the one that I am now working on which is an iWeb. They are not really different from each other, but the way you make it, is different. Blog and Google page maker is similar you have to make it on the Internet but iWeb is a program that Mac had. So, we just make it on the computer.

Chapter 24
Mr Wonka bring them to the nut room. THE NUT ROOM it was said on the door.
'Veruca Salt, the little brute,
Has just gone down the rubbish chute
(And as we very rightly thought
That in a case like this we ought
To see the thing completely through,
We've polished off her parents, too).
Down goes Veruca! Down the drain!
And here, perhaps, we should explain
That she will meet, as she descends,
A rather different set of friends
To those that she has left behind —
These won't be nearly so refined.
A fish head, for example, cut
This morning from a halibut.
"Hello! Good morning! How d'you do?
How nice to meet you! How are you?"
And then a little further down
A mass of others gather round:
A bacon rind, some rancid lard,
A loaf of bread gone stale and hard,
A steak that nobody could chew,
An oyster from an oyster stew,
Some liverwurst so old and grey
One swelled it from a mile away,
A rotten nut, a reeky pear,
A thing the cat left on the stair,
And lots of other things as well,
Each with a rather horrid smell.
These are Veruca's new-found friends
That she will meet as she descends,
And this is the price she has to pay
For going so very far astray.
But now, my dears, we think you might
Be wondering — is it really right
That every single bit of blame
And all the scolding and the shame
Should fall upon Veruca Salt?
Is she the only one at fault?
For though she's spoiled, and dreadfully so,
A girl can't spoil herself, you know.
Who spoiled her, then? Ah, who indeed?
Who pandered to her every need?
Who turned her into such a brat?
Who are the culprits? Who did that?
Alas! You needn't look so far
To find out who these sinners are.
They are (and this is very sad)
Her loving parents, MUM and DAD.
And that is why we're glad they fell
Into the rubbish chute as well.'
